No two beams used as mantels for a fireplace are alike, those pictured here are representative of our 30,000sf inventory which changes weekly.

The pricing is for mantel beams in common sizes up to seven feet. Indicate in your order comments the actual length you need if shorter than six feet and we'll trim to length if. Beams generally come in square dimensions (i.e. "6 in. x 6 in." not 6 in. x 4 in."). For disproportionate dimensions you might consider having us create a box beam.
For mantel beams over seven feet please contact us here to ask for a quote. In your message, let us know the dimensions you want and we'll find the perfect one for you. Tell us the face height you want ( "8-inch face"), depth ("8-inch depth from face to wall"), and length ("8 feet"). See attached illustration for instructions. As well, tell us if you want Hand Hewn or Rough Sawn. Please be aware that we will quote based on purchasing the entire beam we cut from--we have no use for beam remnants.
Traditionally, we have not had fireplace mantels pulled and ready to ship, everything we do has been made to order. If you do not see a mantel beam on our TheMantelCollection.com site and need to order a specially pulled mantel beam here; once ordered, we will choose and ship the perfect reclaimed fireplace mantel beam for you. Again, no two beams are alike and all have the desired cracks, checks, mortise pockets, etc. that are desired in a reclaimed beam. We will provide beam with these mortise pockets patched unless otherwise told not to in your order notes to us.

All of our reclaimed fireplace mantels are:
- Power washed
- Nylon brushed
- Kiln dried
- Flush cut (back side) to mount flush to the wall (we do not offer mounting hardware)
- Fumigated
- Mortise pockets patched

**SHIPPING** Shipping is an estimate. Every piece of wood is unique in density and weight. If final calculated shipping costs is greater than what was originally calculated we will collect the additional shipping from you prior to sending your order. This is especially true for the thicker beams.
Given the nature of how precious the material resources are that we use--reclaimed, one of a kind barn and other reclaimed wood--once work begins and cuts are made on material for your order we cannot offer refunds. **NO REFUNDS ON WORK REQUIRING THE CUTTING OF ANY MATERIAL**
